Responsibilities

• Maintains parking lot and public space cleanliness.
• Completes daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning checklists.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, fixtures, thresholds, base boards, railings, elevators, stairwells and window frames.
• Vacuums and spot cleans carpeting, upholstery and drapery. Removes gums from surfaces.
• Cleans and shines glass and metal surfaces.
• Empties trash receptacles and replaces bags; removes trash to dumpster.
• Cleans offices as assigned.
• Cleans public restrooms and stocks supplies.
• Cleans public and service elevators (inside and out).
• Completes restocking and cleaning duties during opening and closing side work.
• Maintains a clean, professional appearance with a cheerful demeanor.
• Notifies housekeeping leadership or MOD of issues or damages.
• Attends departmental meetings in person to enhance communication and knowledge of products, service and facility.
• Responds to customer inquiries with timely and knowledgeable information.
