You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals, schedule tasks, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities including room cleaning and public area upkeep.
• Inspect rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Assign tasks and manage workload to meet operational needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead, coach and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness.
• Maintain records of inspections, supplies, and performance metrics.
