Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. You will lead a team of housekeeping professionals, coordinate daily operations, and uphold exceptional hospitality across the property.

You will inspect rooms, manage schedules, train team members, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning and public area upkeep.
• Inspect guest rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Assign tasks and manage workload to meet operational needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Provide feedback and support career development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for timely room readiness.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
• Maintain records of inspections, supplies, and performance metrics.
