Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a passionate Manager of Housekeeping to lead daily operations, uphold immaculate rooms and public spaces, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will oversee staffing, training, and process improvements, collaborating across departments to maintain top-tier cleanliness and efficiency while modeling Loews' commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of two years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and two years in leadership.
• Previous experience with Opera Property Management System (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet standards.
• Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges.
• Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards and commitments.

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required

• Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required

• Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred

• Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria

• Ability to stand for long periods of time required

• Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs
