Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet M Social’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will supervise Room Attendants and Public Areas, train staff, conduct quality inspections, and collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to deliver a welcoming guest experience in Silicon Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, hotel environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS and housekeeping systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
• Assign work schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Front Office to manage room readiness.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor inventory of linens and supplies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and PPE usage.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
