Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts in Sunnyvale seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, coach staff, and ensure high cleanliness and safety standards across guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

The role focuses on operational excellence, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety protocols in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with housekeeping management software or PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Coordinate room assignments and staffing for efficient daily operations.
• Ensure guestrooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas meet brand cleanliness standards.
