Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms, public spaces, and hotel areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.

In this fast-paced hospitality role, you will supervise team members, conduct inspections, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, laundry, or facilities experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspection standards, cleaning procedures, and hospitality service expectations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Supervise, support, and guide housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and guest service standards are consistently maintained.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and operational areas to ensure hotel brand standards and cleanliness expectations are met.
• Monitor room readiness, housekeeping productivity, operational flow, and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, operational concerns, and service recovery situations.
