Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction across the hotel.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, manage inventory and safety, and drive guest-ready rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces aligned with Sonesta's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within housekeeping preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspection standards, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Train, coach, schedule, and support housekeeping team members to meet cleanliness and guest experience standards.
• Inspect rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
