Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a seasoned housekeeping leader to direct all housekeeping and laundry operations across the property, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will recruit, train, and develop teams, ensuring sanitation, brand standards, and guest readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in housekeeping/hotel operations leadership.
• Experience as Housekeeping Director or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and hotel facilities.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Ensure hotel cleanliness, presentation, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, cleanliness scores, and room inspections to drive improvement.
• Oversee room inspection programs, productivity, labor, and inventory management.
• Manage supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and OSHA regulations.
