The role involves managing scheduling, inventory, budgeting support, and cross-department collaboration while upholding Sonesta safety and sanitation standards. Experience in hospitality leadership is preferred, with a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities with team motivation.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations to meet guest expectations and staff standards.
• Ensure cleaning and servicing of rooms and public areas meet Sonesta standards with regular inspections.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment with cost-control measures.
• Report guest room status accurately to front office.
• Promote teamwork across departments and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest complaints and follow up appropriately.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required and handle emergencies.
