Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Rooms Division supervisor or similar position.
• Prior hospitality or housekeeping experience or equivalent formal education.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensures timely turnover of all vacant and clean rooms.
• Provides coaching and recognition to pack members as needed.
• Participates in training programs for new and existing staff.
