Qualifikationen

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Age requirement: 18 years or older to perform this job.

Aufgaben

• Manage Guest Request Log: Review daily to ensure requests are met and address problems proactively.
• VIP Management: Monitor VIPs, special guests and requests.
• Oversee Housekeeping Team: Lead daily stand-ups and ensure checklists are prepared in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Room Inspection: Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Supply Management: Maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies; order as needed.
• Inventory: Conduct monthly/quarterly housekeeping inventories.
• Maintenance Requests: Submit work orders to Engineering and follow up for completion.
• Status Reports: Balance and clear room status; resolve discrepancies.
• Lost and Found: Maintain and monitor procedures.
• Chemical Safety: Ensure proper use of chemicals per OSHA standards.
• Key Control: Maintain a key control system.
