Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a Room Attendant to own the daily housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards. You will communicate with guests and the housekeeping team to deliver clean, comfortable spaces.

Duties include cleaning and servicing rooms, maintaining public areas, handling laundry as needed, stocking supplies, and reporting damages or lost items to management. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to established standards and procedures including
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
