Job summary

Aloft by Marriott Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and uphold Marriott's standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and restrooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety guidelines. Flexible weekend/holiday shifts; base pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout guest rooms and designated areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found property promptly.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
• Work efficiently and cooperatively with other housekeeping team members.
