White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Hotel Housekeeper for Milwaukee Marriott Downtown. Shifts run 8:30am-4:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am-5:00pm on weekends, with hourly pay of $16-$17 based on experience.

As a room attendant, you'll clean guest rooms and common areas, ensuring premium standards and guest readiness. The role offers day-one benefits, growth opportunities across multiple hotels in the Milwaukee market, and a commitment to training and development.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong guest focus and customer service skills.
• Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Motivation and initiative for a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality housekeeping service to guests, exceeding expectations in every room.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium standards.
• Strip linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Organize and restock housekeeping cart for efficient workflow.
• Self-inspect rooms and report status to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe hotel environment.
