Job summary

Hampton Inn Savannah, Port Wentworth, GA, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure clean, safe, and guest‑friendly operations across rooms, public areas, and laundry. You will step in for the Executive Housekeeper as needed and guide the housekeeping staff daily.

Responsibilities include managing guest requests, VIPs, daily stand‑ups, and room inspections, while upholding brand standards and safety policies. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must be effective at listening to and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Request Log: Review log daily to ensure requests are met.
• VIP Management: Monitor VIPs, special guests, and requests.
• Oversee Housekeeping Team: Conduct daily stand-up to review objectives and checklists.
• Room Inspection: Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality in absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• Maintenance Requests: Submit and follow up on work orders with Engineering.
