Recess Hotel and Club Savannah is seeking a hands-on, service-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations and ensure rooms and public spaces reflect elevated standards of full-service hospitality.

The role leads from the floor, coaches a hotel housekeeping team, balances quality with guest satisfaction, and works across departments on priorities, schedules, and service recovery with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and coach a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support the team.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Coach, train, and support staff throughout shifts.
• Organize daily assignments based on occupancy and priorities.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to resolve needs.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and service recovery.
• Maintain accountability and a positive, high-performing culture.
• Communicate staffing and maintenance issues to leadership.
• Step in to cover operational needs to protect guest experience.
