Qualifikationen

• 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a comparable hotel.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, budgeting, quality assurance.
• Leadership to motivate staff and meet goals; ability to plan, organize and delegate.
• Strong time-management with ability to work under deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication across audiences.

Aufgaben

• Oversees staff of room attendants, house persons, and inspectors and ensures standards are met.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems and communicate openly.
• Arrange staff schedules and payroll records for occupancy and projects.
• Maintain and review records for budgeting, forecasting and inspection scores.
• Communicate directions to staff in writing and verbally.
• Be available to work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
