Job summary

Element Basalt, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain a safe, clean guest environment and lead the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and employee discounts with HEI hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and discipline when needed.
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure cleanliness.
• Assign tasks to staff to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Manage supplies to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Log items into Lost and Found and handle inquiries.
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect guests and assets.
• Attend shifts as required and perform other duties.
