Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in guiding the housekeeping and laundry departments in delivering high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Youll supervise staff, monitor standards, and coordinate daily operations to maintain a welcoming hotel environment.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting, budgeting and inventory skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience.
• Experience managing staff schedules and evaluations.
• Budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housekeeping software.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving with guest and staff concerns.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, including evaluations and training.
• Assist with department budget and cost controls.
• Ensure quality service and adherence to standards.
• Direct hourly staff across housekeeping areas.
• Prepare daily assignment sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect and correct substandard conditions.
• Report guestrooms status to front desk.
• Manage lost and found with security.
• Monitor productivity and labor cost goals.
• Oversee linen, supplies, and equipment inventories.
