Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time day shift. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, manage department operations, and coordinate with other units to ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions (including personnel and administrative etc.)
• Establish inter-departmental communication to provide positive working relationships
• Maintain knowledge of safety/privacy programs and standards

Responsibilities

• Instruct, supervise and develop department staff
• Maintain staffing patterns within budget
• Respond to complaints and concerns from patients and families
• Assist with annual center budget preparation and budgeting restraints
• Greet new patients and provide support as needed
• Be prepared to assist with emergencies and maintain service quality
