• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish and maintain inter-departmental communication.
• Comply with Privacy & Security programs.
• Demonstrate supervisory skills and fair corrective actions.
• Maintain staffing patterns within budget.
• Report grievances and assist with annual budget prep.
