Ansley Park Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the housekeeping team, manage scheduling and budgeting, and ensure clean, safe environments for residents and staff.

You will develop procedures, train staff, communicate across departments, respond to inspections, and help maintain our high standards of care in a compassionate, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory or lead experience in housekeeping is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions (including personnel and administrative tasks).
• Establish inter-departmental communication to foster positive working relationships.
• Monitor compliance with privacy, safety and security programs.
• Supervise staff with fair, consistent corrective actions.
• Prepare and manage department staffing and budgets.
• Support admissions and department needs as required.
