Stevens Park Health & Rehab in Georgia seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the department, manage staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and privacy compliance. You'll lead a team, coordinate with other departments, and support budget and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to comply with Privacy & Security programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize and direct Housekeeping Department functions.
• Establish and maintain inter-departmental communication for positive working relationships.
• Instruct, supervise and develop personnel in housekeeping techniques.
• Maintain staffing patterns in accordance with budgets.
• Respond to complaints and grievances related to the department.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Ensure compliance with licensure standards and survey processes.
• Greet new patients and provide support as needed.
