Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must pass background screening per requirements.
• Tribal and Native American preference applies.
• Familiar with cleaning guestrooms and public areas materials and methods.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices.
• Ability to lead and guide others and provide strong customer service.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the work of Housekeepers during shifts.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restsocks bathrooms.
• Replaces dirty linens and makes beds.
• Washes or dusts walls, pillars, vents and washable areas.
• Reports accidents and problems to Supervisor or Security.
• Delivers excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of team on shift.
• Abides by attendance policies and attends training.
