Responsibilities

• Completes night audit responsibilities while providing guest service at front desk.
• Welcomes, greets, and assists arriving and departing guests.
• Receives guests and processes reservations.
• Accepts and processes payments in form of credit, cash, and/or reward points.
• Provides information to guests on casino, promotions, and hotel activities.
