Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the General Manager and Operations Manager in all aspects of housekeeping operations and property management to improve guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate cleaning programs while maintaining service standards; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a HS diploma plus 2+ years of management experience are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in related management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills preferred.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader.
• Strong customer service abilities and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions; plan programs and schedules for staffing, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction; handle complaints per standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, discipline, and direct housekeeping staff.
• Assist with budgeting; monitor, verify, and reconcile expenditures.
• Evaluate cleaning products and equipment; maintain inventory.
• Maintain safe facilities; ensure OSHA compliance and safety awareness.
• Communicate safety issues to management.
