Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the work of room and/or public area attendants to ensure standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Control expenses and minimize waste within housekeeping operations.
• Ensure staff are trained and have tools needed to perform duties and provide quality service.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues to maintain service quality.
