HEI Hotels and Resorts, operating Wyndham San Diego Bayside, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor on site in San Diego, CA. You will lead the housekeeping team, coach staff, schedule interviews, train new hires and monitor performance to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising room cleaning, public areas and back-of-house, managing supplies, coordinating with other departments, and responding to guest requests.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to move materials up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching and feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage discipline when needed.
• Supervise and inspect cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of the house.
