Qualifications

• 1-2 housekeeping or janitorial experience required.
• 1-year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Trains employees and ensures they have the tools and equipment needed to carry out their duties.
• Monitors job performance and makes recommendations for disciplinary action when needed.
• Inspects rooms/suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and repair to meet guest satisfaction.
• Advises employees of deficiencies and instructs on correct procedures.
• Responds to guest complaints and special requests to achieve satisfaction.
• Notifies management when par levels for supplies/equipment are insufficient.
