Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards. You will train and inspect room attendants and housepersons, coordinating with other departments to drive guest satisfaction.

The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Growth opportunities across the hospitality portfolio are available.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus, with a mix of education and experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to keep guest rooms and public areas clean.
• Supervise staff, inspect rooms, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
• Opportunities for advancement within hospitality management.
