Description

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented leader with grit! The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness standards throughout the hotel.

This role involves managing the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controlling costs by performing the following duties:

1. Conducting room inspections
2. Managing and training all staff and new hires

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
