Responsibilities

1. Oversee staff and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, taking preventive measures for guest comfort, associate safety, and asset security.
2. Create an environment where motivated staff can learn, grow, and excel. Lead a diverse team of housekeepers through modeling, empowerment, coaching, and sharing knowledge.
3. Ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned and turndown services are delivered, maintaining health and hygiene standards for guest comfort and safety.
4. Plan and schedule assignments, manage special requests to enhance guest experience.
5. Monitor supplies and expenses to meet or exceed budget goals.
6. Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, providing courteous service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Supervisory skills and effective communication with staff, management, and guests.
• Ability to operate a two-way radio, cleaning and office equipment, including computers.
• Physical ability to stand, move continuously, lift up to 25 pounds, and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
