Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Ensure associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Train and enforce safety standards, investigate accidents, and prevent future incidents.
• Perform housekeeping duties, verify room status, and ensure cleanliness.
• Handle opening and closing shift duties, notify maintenance of repairs.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness, act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum two years in a leadership housekeeping role.
• High school diploma required; post-high school education preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Exceed guest and team member expectations.
• Excellent time management skills.
