Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeping Utility Worker to keep community areas clean, set up rooms for events, and remove trash. No travel required. Join a dedicated team upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The role is full-time with benefits. Compensation starts at $17 per hour and goes up to $18 per hour, commensurate with experience. Onsite facilities include medical centers, dining discounts, and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpet care and floor finishing is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• May be required to maintain a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment.
• If driving is required for role, must have valid Driver's license and a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash including, refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing as well as carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.
