Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Worker to clean building areas, floors and surfaces, set up rooms for events and remove trash. This on-site role involves no travel and emphasizes high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The position offers compensation commensurate with experience at $17–$18 per hour, full-time status, and benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, on-site medical facilities, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet care and floor finishing preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning and flooring equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community through operation of specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste.
• Utilize work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setups.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects and packages.
• Remove trash including refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces and carpeted areas through cleaning and polishing.
