Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Worker to keep the community clean and well-maintained. You will operate specialized cleaning equipment, prepare rooms for events, and help move items as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpet care or floor finishing is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• May require a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community cleanliness using specialized equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly and safely.
• Set up rooms for events using work orders.
• Assist with moving and delivering items as needed.
• Remove trash and recycling.
• Maintain hard and carpeted floor surfaces and perform interim cleaning.
