Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred.
• Ability to operate carpet and hard floor care equipment safely.
• May require a valid driver’s license and good driving history.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community areas using specialized equipment.
• Handle proper waste disposal and recycling.
• Use work orders to set up rooms and furniture for events.
• Assist with movement of heavy objects and deliveries.
• Maintain hard and carpet floor surfaces through cleaning and maintenance.
