Qualifications

• Experience in carpet care or floor finishing preferred.
• Ability to operate carpet and floor care equipment safely.
• Must work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community with specialized equipment.
• Handle and dispose of waste properly.
• Set up rooms/furniture using work orders.
• Assist with movement and delivery of heavy objects.
• Remove trash, refuse and recycling.
• Maintain hard floors and carpets through cleaning and finishing.
