Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and maintain high levels of cleanliness. The role involves coaching associates, managing supplies, and supporting the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, verifying linen and amenity stocks, and following safety and sustainability guidelines. Some cleaning duties and holiday/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Supervisory responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and amenities meet HHM and brand standards.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with standards and HHM values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Support operational needs by performing cleaning duties when necessary.
