HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards across the property. You will coach staff, manage inventories, and support a floor that reflects HHM’s brand values and guest expectations.

The role requires standing and walking, with duties including inspecting work and assisting with cleaning when needed, while following safety and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards.
• Verify supplies and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support associates to meet HHM standards and brand values.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with cleaning duties when needed.
