You will inspect cleanliness, verify inventory, coach associates, and help maintain supplies and equipment. The role supports operations by ensuring high-quality service and adherence to safety guidelines.

The position involves standing and walking, with potential overtime on holidays or weekends, and opportunities for growth along the Housekeeping leadership path.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify supplies, amenities, and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to uphold standards and HHM core values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform cleaning duties when necessary to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and follow up.
