Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards. You will support the housekeeping team by coaching associates and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will inspect rooms, verify stock of supplies, manage inventory, and assist with cleaning duties as needed while following safety guidelines and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work meets standards and delivers a great guest experience.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Support operational needs by performing cleaning duties when necessary.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
