Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards. You will support the housekeeping team, coach associates, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in Pasadena, CA.

The role emphasizes inspecting work for quality, maintaining supplies, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed. Prior housekeeping experience and supervisory exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and amenities meet HHM and brand standards.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed to established hotel and brand standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines in support of HHM EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and wear PPE as required.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
