TOWER23 Hotel is hiring Part Time Housekeeping Room Attendants to maintain pristine rooms and boutique-quality standards on-site at a beachfront San Diego location.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment. Competitive hourly pay available with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
• Personality: Positive, professional, dependable, and guest-focused.
• Physical Ability: Able to bend, lift, push carts, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness, efficiency and safety.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and a friendly smile.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, refresh towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, room status, and Do Not Disturb situations to supervisors.
• Maintain the security of keys, carts, and supplies.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Return lost and found items to management promptly.
• Uphold a “can-do” attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Support overall hotel operations with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Actualmente estamos contratando Camareros /as de Piso (Housekeeping) a medio tiempo para ayudarnos a mantener la comodidad impecable y los estándares de calidad tipo boutique que nuestros huéspedes esperan. Lo que harás:

• Saludar a los huéspedes con una actitud profesional, cálida y una sonrisa amable
• Limpiar y dar servicio a las habitaciones de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel
• Reemplazar sábanas, renovar toallas y reabastecer las amenidades para huéspedes
• Informar problemas de mantenimiento, estado de las habitaciones y situaciones de “No molestar” al supervisor
• Mantener la seguridad de llaves, carritos y suministros
• Seguir los procedimientos adecuados de seguridad y saneamiento
• Comunicarse eficazmente con compañeros de trabajo y supervisores para asegurar un funcionamiento fluido
• Devolver los objetos perdidos al gerente o supervisor de forma inmediata
• Mantener una actitud positiva de “sí se puede” y un compromiso con la satisfacción del huésped
• Apoyar las operaciones generales del hotel con otras tareas de limpieza según se necesite

Lo que buscamos:

• Experiencia: Se requiere experiencia previa en limpieza de hoteles o en hospitalidad
• Personalidad: Positiva, profesional, confiable y orientada al servicio al cliente
• Capacidad física: Poder agacharse, levantar peso, empujar carritos y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados
• Atención al detalle: Altos estándares de limpieza, eficiencia y seguridad
• Flexibilidad: Debe estar disponible para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos
