Job summary

TOWER23 Hotel is hiring a Full Time Housekeeping Manager in San Diego to uphold our luxury beachfront standards and provide an immaculate guest experience. You will lead the housekeeping team, inspect rooms, and coordinate scheduling and training in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Train staff on protocols and service standards.
• Manage weekly housekeeping schedule to match operations.
• Maintain security of keys, carts, and supplies.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Participate in operations meetings with leadership.
• Conduct weekly inventory and orders for supplies.
• Develop and manage a deep-cleaning schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by GM and Director.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, organize, and support the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional level of guest satisfaction.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure the team consistently meets the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop housekeeping team members on proper protocols, procedures, and service standards.
• Develop and maintain the weekly housekeeping schedule to align staffing with operational needs and priorities.
• Maintain the security of keys, carts, and supplies.
• Ensure all operational, safety, and housekeeping standards are consistently followed.
• Participate in hotel operations meetings to collaborate with leadership and address cross-departmental needs.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive deep-cleaning schedule for guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager and Director of Operations.

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience required
• Personality: Positive, professional, dependable, and guest-focused
• Physical Ability: Able to bend, lift, push carts, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and safety
• Flexibility: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
