Responsibilities

• Oversee staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors; conduct daily and monthly meetings; inspect work and guide staff to meet standards.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and recommend discipline when appropriate.
• Arrange staff work schedules; determine days off; adjust staffing based on occupancy; submit payroll records.
• Maintain and review records for budgeting, forecasting, and inspection scores for housekeepers.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff, verbally and in writing.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
