Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor a team in maintaining exceptional guest rooms and public areas in our properties. You will inspect rooms, coordinate staff duties, and ensure compliance with Brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to Hyatt brand standards.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully prepared for guest arrival.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or room discrepancies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude at all times.
