Job summary

The Housekeeping Manager at Highgate Hotels is responsible for overseeing the Housekeeping Department at the Renaissance Las Vegas, ensuring guests experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while managing costs and staffing.

Responsibilities include maintaining training standards, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments to uphold Highgate Hotel SOPs and service levels. The role requires strong leadership and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field or a 4-year college degree (or 2-year college with experience).
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, problems, complaints and accidents and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach, counsel and discipline Housekeeping staff according to Highgate Hotel SOPs.
