Highgate Hotels is hiring a House Attendant for Courtyard Las Vegas, responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas. You will assist guests, handle luggage, and support emergency procedures in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires stamina, reliability, and the ability to work with guests and colleagues to ensure top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a high-volume property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred in hotel or related field.
• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently to lift/move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas as required.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment and storage in proper condition.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
